About me

Hi! I’m Dorothy, the founder of Plentiful. Possibly like many of you, I have had my struggles with money for a really long time. However, 8 years ago, I had a eureka moment. I understood that money was the one levier of change I needed to tackle to unleash other changes in my life. From that moment onwards, I started educating myself about finance, investments, savings, budgeting, side hussles, your name it. 8 years later, my life looks radically different. I am not where I want to be yet but I am financially much more independent and I am not afraid of money anymore. Actually, it has become one of my best friends. And I enjoy taking great care of it.

I am also a feminist. Supporting gender equality ignites my soul. And supporting women towards more wealth, more confidence, more joy and more independence has become my mission. I have spoken with so many of us about money and 8 out of 10 times, I get the same ask: what do I do with it? Where do I start? I am afraid! I am not a risk taker etc… We need to change our belief systems and our way of dealing with our finances because it is freeing on so many levels. So, let’s talk about money.
